This article covers managing your bot through Telegram, without logging in to your puzzlebot account.
You can manage the bot, resources and users through:
Your puzzlebot account
The bot — send the /cp command to open the control panel.
A connected group — to manage the bot through a group, first connect the group, then in the bot settings, on the General settings tab, in the Management in Telegram block, select the group from the list. Once it is connected, a regular keyboard with action buttons appears in the group.
Important! If the regular keyboard in the group has disappeared or is not shown for one of the users, send the /cp command.
Management features
Here are all the features available through the /cp command:
Active dialogs — lets you chat with users through Telegram. Learn more: Chatting through the Telegram bot — Active dialogs.
Upload file — lets you upload a file and get its Telegram ID to insert into any media block. Learn more: Uploading files through the Telegram bot.
Important! For administrators to access each of these features, grant them the corresponding permission for the tab or resource. For example, for an administrator to access the bot's dialogs and chat with users, grant permission to access the Dialogs tab.
