This article covers how to chat with users directly through Telegram, that is, without logging in to your puzzlebot account.

To view active dialogs:
If a management group is not connected — in the private chat with the bot, send the /cp command to open the Control panel, or send the /dialogs command to open the list of Active dialogs.
If a management group is connected — in the group, select Active dialogs on the regular keyboard or send /dialogs to open the list of Active dialogs.
To send a message to a user, reply to the bot's notification. The bot can send 3 kinds of notification:
Dialog started — you can reply to it.
New message in the dialog — you can reply to it.
Dialog ended — you cannot reply to it.
Important! Only the bot owner can reply to notifications in private messages, and only if no management group is connected. If a management group is connected in Telegram, you can reply to messages only in that group.
Important! If you have not connected a management group, remember to turn on the notification about new messages in a dialog in the bot settings.
